What does it take a be a good leader? For Maureen and Jim Hackett it goes beyond ethics and relies on a firm foundation in moral philosophy. It is with that mindset that the couple has succeeded in business and developed a strong sense of philanthropy that lifts up several causes close to their heart.

In this conversation with Dr. Richard Ludwick, the Hacketts share their story - how their childhoods informed their sense of giving and philanthropy, how their business experience opened them up to the discovery of moral leadership, and how a family trauma helped them understand and petition for change in mental health practices.
